Leading travel retailer DFS Group (DFS) is poised to welcome 400 discerning shoppers to The Art of Personalization on November 11 at T Galleria by DFS, City of Dreams, Macau. The unique shopping experience, which is an element of DFS’ Give Joy Together holiday gifting campaign for 2017, will showcase a bespoke approach to gift giving and draw customers’ attention to the wide range of exclusive luxury items available at the store. The event will also feature global social influencers Mr Bags and Bag Snob, and internationally acclaimed British pop artist Boyarde.

The leading style authority for Chinese women, Mr Bags has more than three million followers on micro blogging site Weibo. At the November 11 event, he will focus his extensive knowledge of luxury brands and handbag trends on his personal curation of eight products available at T Galleria by DFS worldwide, including the Wallet on Chain by Valentino, Lucky Cat and Casino Velvet Skates by Bing Xu, a Tiffany & Co Key necklace, a Bulgari Serpenti handbag and Serpenti Twist Your Time watch, Rupert Sanderson’s Starlight Pumps, and the Top Handle Bag by Burberry.

Fellow special guest Bag Snob, passionate bag lover and founder of BagSnob.com and the Tina Craig collection of fine jewelry, will also highlight her top choices for seasonal gifts including a Bulgari bag and watch, après skiwear by Fusalp, a Tiffany & Co Key necklace, Tod’s shoes and Wave Mini Pack, and fashion items by AllSaints. One of the world’s first fashion bloggers who now has a global audience of luxury-oriented readers, Bag Snob will talk through how she spends 24 hours at City of Dreams, wearing the finest brands, only available at T Galleria by DFS.

Boyarde describes her artistic work as “painting on anything but paper” and her playful designs, which adorn bags, clothing and accessories, are much sought after by fashionistas the world over. She will conduct a mini workshop and demonstrate live painting at The Art of Personalization as well as present a selection of her pre-designed bag straps and charms, which will be available for purchase throughout the day.

A silent auction will also be held during The Art of Personalization. All proceeds will go to Make-A-Wish®, the world’s largest wish-granting organization, with whom DFS is partnering for the fourth successive year. DFS will donate two handbags; Burberry and Mark Cross and AllSaints will contribute a leather jacket; Boyarde will customize each piece with her characteristic hand-painted designs.
